What Welcome Crowd brings together

Welcome Crowd is being built for event organisers, artists, suppliers and their audiences. It combines event page design, reusable artist profiles, Scottish supplier discovery, merchandise planning, promotion drafts, team access, private chats and ticket check-in tools.

Current availability

The site is under construction. Live ticket sales and automatic social posting are not available. Practice tickets and sandbox transactions are for checking the service and are not admission to a real event.

Customer merchandise checkout, automatic supplier ordering and card payments by phone are planned. AI page and promotion tools, including possible connections to your own AI, are being explored. These services are not available yet; no launch date or price is promised. You can already upload media created elsewhere.

Your content and accounts

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Connect social accounts that you are authorised to manage. Keep event details accurate and respect the permissions given to other team members.

Social connections and costs

Connecting a social account does not publish anything. X usage is optional and remains disabled. Any X usage charge will be disclosed before enabling that service. No social posting charges are currently being collected.

Directories

Supplier profiles provide information and links. Check availability, suitability, prices and booking terms directly with the supplier before making arrangements.
